    I am Flor de Amelia, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Educational Consultant dedicated to bridging the gap between clinical data and life-changing advocacy. My background as a BCBA allows me to teach you how to dismantle complex behavioral data and use it as an irrefutable tool for securing school services. My experience as an Educational Consultant provides you with the high-level roadmap to navigate district systems and lead teams toward meaningful student outcomes. My mission is to mentor you through the IEP Advocate Mastery program so you can step into every meeting with professional authority and a heart for justice.
